I’m Rose
Rosalejos, founder of Soft Scale Media and a Brand Affiliate Growth Partner with WinCampaign, and I only
share systems I truly believe in.
I’m an Electronics Engineer, a registered Professional Engineer
in Alberta, Canada, originally from Cebu, Philippines, a wife to my husband Reggie, and a proud mom of
three beautiful children—Aniyah, Elijah, and Joshuah.
My faith in God is the foundation of
everything I do. When my husband and I immigrated to Canada in 2014, we came with big dreams and the
determination to build a better future.
I built my career as an engineer, but over the years I
lost my engineering job three different times because of economic downturns in Alberta. Each setback
reminded me that even the most stable careers can change overnight.
While on maternity leave with
my first child, I started exploring digital marketing and online business. It opened my eyes to a
different way of creating income—one that wasn’t limited by a paycheck or dependent on a single
employer.
In 2019, I committed to building my online business and spent the next six years showing up
consistently, regardless of the season of life I was in.
Whether I was working full-time, raising
young children, or balancing family responsibilities, I never stopped building.
But one challenge
remained constant.
Social media.
I knew consistency was essential.
I knew
visibility mattered.
Yet creating content while juggling engineering, business, and motherhood
often felt like another full-time job.
Then I found WinCampaign.
What stood out wasn’t just the content. It was the system.

Cabrera, with over 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, and digital strategy, having worked with
global brands such as Pfizer, SaraLee/ Unilever, Coca-Cola Canada, and Hershey Canada.
In 2019,
she built her own digital marketing business and reached the Top Affiliate Rankings in less than a year
using social media and lead generation systems.
That experience led to her calling to build
WinCampaign.
She built WinCampaign from her own experience — and in under a year, it became a
multi–7-figure system generating $100K+ monthly recurring revenue, built completely organically, with
zero ad spend, now serving thousands of business owners worldwide.
For me, becoming a Brand Affiliate was a
natural next step.

As a busy mom of
three who recently returned to engineering to help support our family’s financial needs, I understand
